- 1/8 cup Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Suya Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- 1 Egg, beaten
- Breadcrumbs, for coating
- Mozzarella Cheese, cut into small cubes
- Oil, for frying
