500g cooked and seasoned fusilli pasta

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1 cup julienned cucumbers

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup quartered radish

1/2 cup julienned carrots

1/4 cup sliced salami (feel free to swap with grilled chicken or crispy chickpeas)

1/4 cup Chermoula

Puff Puff Croutons (See recipe here):

1 tsp Ras el Hanout

1 cup Puff Croutons

Instructions:

1. Craft this delightful pasta salad by combining the cooked and seasoned fusilli pasta

2. Combine with a colourful medley of halved cherry tomatoes, julienned cucumbers, diced red onion, quartered radish, julienned carrots, and 3. Add your choice of protein- Salami. Amp up the protein and texture by opting for grilled chicken or crispy chickpeas instead.

4. Drizzle the vibrant Chermoula sauce over the ensemble, infusing it with a burst of delectable flavours.
