Ingredients: Serving: 4-6 people | Cook Time: 10 mins | Prep Times: 10 mins
500g Puff Puff | Bofrot | Mikate
1 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Parsley
1/2 tbsp Basil
1/2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Parmesan
2 tbsp Cream or Milk
1/2 cup Mozzarella

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, basil, chilli flakes, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Fold in a batch of fluffy golden Puff Puff into the seasoned mixture.
4. Evenly distribute the mixture in a 9-inch (30cm) ovenproof tray or plate. You can lightly grease the tray with butter if desired. Leave for 5 mins
5. Generously top the mixture with mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese turns golden and bubbly.
7. Once baked to perfection, serve your garlic cheese Puff Puff while it's warm and inviting.
